§ 1 General Payment Terms
(1) Payments shall be made exclusively on the basis of the payment terms stated in the ordering process or in the order confirmation.
(2) The payment claim arises upon conclusion of the contract and is, unless expressly agreed otherwise, due immediately without deduction.
§ 2 Currencies
(1) Payments can be processed exclusively in the following currencies:
Euro (EUR)
US Dollar (USD)
Danish Krone (DKK)
Swedish Krona (SEK)
(2) The customer may choose the currency from the range offered by the Seller. The binding currency is the one selected in the order and confirmed by the Seller in the order confirmation.
(3) There is no entitlement to any currency outside the offered range.
§ 3 Prices and Payment Terms
(1) All prices are net prices unless expressly stated otherwise.
(2) Payments are due immediately upon conclusion of the contract without deduction, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
(3) The only accepted payment methods are bank transfer as well as credit and debit card.
(4) Other payment methods are not accepted and are excluded.
(5) Payment processing via unauthorized systems will not be processed and shall be considered no fulfillment of the payment obligation.
(6) The customer has no entitlement to specific payment methods.
(7) The processing of orders is carried out exclusively after full payment has been received.
§ 4 Exclusion of Third-Party Payment Systems
(1) Third-party payment services are excluded.
(2) In particular, PayPal is not accepted.
(3) Payment via non-authorized systems does not discharge the payment obligation.
(4) No deviations or alternative arrangements are permitted.
§ 5 Purchase on Invoice (B2B)
(1) Payment on invoice is granted exclusively upon an established business relationship confirmed by the Seller.
(2) As a general rule, this requires at least six (6) successfully completed and properly fulfilled orders.
(3) Approval is subject exclusively to internal creditworthiness and risk assessment by the Seller.
(4) There is no entitlement to payment on invoice.
§ 6 Due Date and Default
(1) Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the invoice amount is due immediately.
(2) Upon expiry of the payment deadline, the customer is automatically in default.
(3) The Seller is entitled to charge statutory default interest as well as reasonable reminder and administrative costs.
§ 7 Right to Withhold Performance
(1) The Seller is entitled to withhold delivery and performance until full payment has been received.
(2) This applies in particular to first orders, large-volume orders, or cases of increased operational or financial risk.
§ 8 Bank Charges
(1) All bank and transaction fees, in particular for international payments, shall be borne by the customer.
(2) The full invoice amount must be received without deduction.
§ 9 Final Provisions
(1) Deviating payment terms shall only apply if expressly confirmed by the Seller in text form.
(2) No ancillary agreements exist.
